Description

Firm Fixed-Price Requirements-type contract to clean sanitary waste holding basins at Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period 1 April 2007 (or date of contract award) through 31 March 2008 with four (4) one year option periods. This will be a fixed pr ice contract. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The Federal Supply Code is S299; the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7699; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562998 with a corresponding size standard of $6.5 million. Solicitation will be issued on or about 5 March 2007 with a bid opening date on or about 22 March 2007. These dates are subject to change. Solicitation will be posted to the Fort Knox Contracting website at http://doc.kn ox.army.mil. All amendments will likewise be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to regularly check the website and to acknowledge all amendments. All questions relating to this notice must be submitted in writing and must be faxed to Terr i Corbett at fax 502-624-7165. Email questions are not recommended. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will not be issued; a bidders mailing list will not be compiled. Electronic and fax bids will not be accepted. All interested contracto rs must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract.
