Description: A. The solicitation and amendment is posted to http://www.govworks.gov/solic/openmarket.asp. B. Site Visit: If you are interested in this requirement and wish to participate in a site visit, you must contact Tracy Lambert (Tracy.Lambert@mms.gov), 703-787-1377 no later than 2:00 PM on January 30, 2007. The site visit is tentatively scheduled for February 17, 2007. C. Question Due: All questions are due no later than 2 p.m. Eastern Time on February 27, 2007. D. Past Performance Questionnaires: Offerors shall also ensure that the Past Performance Questionnaires (Attachment J1) are completed by at least three separate customers. These customers shall submit this questionnaire directly to the Contracting Office at the address specified at the bottom of the form no later than 2 p.m. Eastern Time on April 12, 2007. E. Proposal Due Date: The due date (closing date) is on or before 2:00pm Eastern Time on April 19, 2007. Submission shall be via email to Tracy Lambert (Tracy.Lambert@mms.gov). NOTE: Due to e-mail server and pipeline limitations, please limit the size of each e-mail with attachments to 3 MB. F. The incumbent service providers are DoD civilians (This has decreased from 39 to 34 full-time equivalents).
