- Contractor is to provide numerous supplies (73 line items) for the DeCA Commissary located at the Naval Station CA. The RFQ will be released on or about 19 January 2007. This RFQ will be issued on a small purchase, small business set-aside basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFQ. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the above stated agency.
