Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is looking for firms SBA certified in the following programs: 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB, and/or VOSB. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $31 million and a bonding capacity of approximately $70 million and must have general construction and site development experience with contracts as the prime contractor in the $50-100 million range. The project scope provides for the necessary labor, materials and equipment to construct a new two story VA Outpatient Clinic and Regional Office Building. General construction, site work, site utilities, structural erection, mechanical / electrical, fire alarm, tele/data and other systems, and access roadways and parking are included. The project Architect is Livingstone Slone, Inc., 3900 Arctic Boulevard, Suite 301, Anchorage, AK 99503-5782. Project site is located adjacent to the existing Hospital at the Elmendorf Air Force Base.
