Call 1-888-227-2423 or visit the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov for more information. FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE CENTER. This announcement is published as a Total Small Business Small Business Set-Aside action per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6; (this means you must be a small business, quoting the product of a small-business manufacturer). This procurement is restricted; all responsible sources may submit an offer. This is a synopsis for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Both transmitter and receiver must feature 188 user selectable, PLL synthesized UHF frequencies, resulting in plenty of frequency options when experiencing interference. ? Space Diversity Receiver: The receiver features a space diversity design which simply chooses the strongest signal between the dual incoming signals, then sends that signal to output. ? Selectable RF Output: The transmitter allows selection between 5mW output power and 30mW output. 5mW is suitable for indoor, simultaneous multi-channel operation while 30mW is intended for outdoor, long-range use. ? Comprehensive Display: Both transmitter and receiver should feature a comprehensive LED display providing channel and frequency information, battery life, total usage time and more. ? Windscreens/Clips/Cables: Kit should include ample supply of clips and windscreens and all necessary cables to connect system to camera. HANDHELD MICROPHONE (2) Requirements: ? Directional handheld microphone and all necessary cables, compatable with camera operating system. ? Wireless cube and transmitter to operate as wireless handheld mic EQUIPMENT BAG (2) Requirements: The backpack design provides a lightweight, exceptionally strong carrier for small DV camcorders up to 15" long with accessories and matte boxes. A padded frame protects the equipment. LIGHTING KIT (1) Requirements: A 4 light 1900 watt Fresnel kit. The kit should serve as a 650W, 500W or 300W key, backlight or kicker. This kits should also accept all standard 6-5/8" accessories. This kit will have an 80mm standard focus lens and accepts 5" accessories. This kit must be complete with light shaping devices, bulbs, light stands, and a hard shell, divided interior, wheeled case. ? Lights that offer durability, performance and efficiency. They must flood and spot with ease, and have a rib design for strength and ventilation. ? Include filter frames, barn doors and scrims allowing control over shaping, intensity, and color of the lights. CAMERA (2) Requirements: ? High Definition and Standard Definition and Film-Looks: This camera should record in 16:9 widescreen with native widescreen chips. It will output component video in 1080i, 480i and 480p formats. In addition, the camera must 60 frame, 50 frame, 30 frame and 25 frame standards. An additional function is HD to SD down conversion. The camera needs to also include the CineFrame. ? High Quality Lens: A camera with a Carl Zeiss lens is requested. ? World-Wide Compatibility: The camcorder must be both NTSC and PAL and 50i/60i systems compatible. This allows the videographer the ability to satisfy clients almost anywhere in the civilized world. The high-def formats are inherently universal being digital algorithmic constructions. ? Color Correction for Special Effects: This very advanced feature allows the user to adjust color of a target subject without affection the color of the remainder of the scene. As a fascinating special effect one object may show color while the remaining scene is black and white. In fact 2 target colors may be chosen and controlled for color phase, color gain and other parameters. ? Viewfinder and LCD Monitor Features: Color LCD screen with safety markers for use with the Edge Crop function. Zoom ratio display may be shown as a bar graph or in numerical readout as menu selected. Of course all supplemental viewfinder information may be turned off completely as well. ? Color Bars and Hours Metering: A camera with 2 sets of color bars for accurate color representation. Full SMPTE bars and standard bars may be selected through menu settings. Operation, Drum Run, Tape Run and Threading hours are all available for maintenance purposes. ? Battery Charger: Camera should include battery charger and two batteries. TRIPOD (2) Requirements: ? Vibrationless vertical/horizontal brakes ? Built-In Bubble for horizontal leveling. ? Desktop Peripherals The Cinema HD Display 23? or 30" Flat Panel LCD Computer Monitors include a FireWire 400 hub and a USB 2.0 hub, each with two ports. This allows us to connect a printer, scanner, camcorder or digital camera, whether you are using your display with a Mac or a PC. SOUNDPROOFING (1 KIT) Requirements: ? Complete, self-contained kit. Makes edit suite suitable for voiceover applications as well as monitoring high-quality audio. ? Reduces uncontrolled ambience to ensure greater clarity and an enhanced sound field in the surround listening environment. ? HARDRIVE STORAGE (1) Requirements: ? 2000GB of capacity allows for storage of approximately 150 hours of uncompressed DV digital video, the equivalent of 425 4.7GB DVD-Video discs, or up to 500,000 MP3 files. ? RAID Performance and Data Protection. The array is configured as a RAID 3, which uses a dedicated parity disk to protect your data in the event of a drive failure. HEADPHONES (2) Requirements: The headphones must offer comfort while sealing out external sound. Headphones with special noise cancelling technology preferred. For portability, the headphones should feature a collapsible design for easy storage along with a carrying case. The should also included two detachable single-sided cables. This provides flexibility, and the single-sided design is less prone to messy tangles than standard Y-cables. HELMETCAM (1) Requirements: This package must include helmet camera, mini-DVR, 2-gig card, direct connect AV cable, DVR battery and charger and waist pack. FIELD MONITOR (1) Requirements: A 9" monitor with a standard definition 16:9/4:3. This monitor should be used with almost any AC source. In addition, it should also be able to process both NTSC and PAL signals. We?d like a monitor that comes equipped with two standard composite inputs, Y/C, and tally connections. MINI DV/VCR LOGGING STATION (2) Requirements: This is a compact and portable DV Video Walkman for playing or recording DV footage. This product can connect to any television to playback your videos. Incorporates a 4" LCD monitor for clear, crisp color images with a built in stereo speaker. MINI-DV TAPE STOCK Requirements: ? High quality recording tape stock for camcorder. ? 100 60-tapes MUSIC LIBRARY Requirements: NSWC Recruiting Directorate needs membership to a music library for production of recruiting media.
