Description: We intend to issue an IDIQ contract to Tactical Support Equipment, 4039 Barefoot Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306 on a sole source basis. TSE is the only known vendor capable of supplying Digital CCD route Recon Boxes to the REF. TSE has proprietary ri ghts to this technology and due to compatibility and interoperability issues with existing systems they are the only one that can provide the required systems. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation is forthcoming. Any comments must be r eceived no later than 12:00pm on 22 January 2007 MST. to ray.cruz@wsmr.army.mil. See Note 22.
