- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Pink Bollworm Rearing Facility (PBWRF) has a requirement for Agar Powdered USP, NF to support the Pink Bollworm Rearing Facility in Phoenix, Arizona. A firm fixed-price commercial supply contract for a one time purchase is anticipated for the purchase of the Agar. The effective period of the contract shall be February 22, 2007, or date of award, whichever is later. The solicitation, AG-6395-S007-0017, will be released on or about January 22, 2007 and will be a 100% small business set-aside, therefore, all responsible small businesses may submit an offer. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFERER?S REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS.
