Description: Requirement Type Contract for Bread, Rolls, and Doughnuts to be delivered to Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period 1 March 2007 through 29 February 2008. Estimated quantities are: Bread, sliced (10 different types) 387,000; Rolls (8 different types) 227,000 packages; Bagels (3 different types) 30,000 packages; Croissant (1 type) 600 cases; Texas Toast, 45,000 packages; Doughnuts (5 different types) 30,500 packages. Contractor shall deliver to approximately 18 different locations within Fort Knox, K entucky. This acquisition is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox homepage website at: http://doc.kno x.army.mil on or about 22 January 2007 with bids due on or about 6 February 2008. Please note these dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website fo r amendments.
