- DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to two (2) one-year periods. The Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-07-R0254, IQC06341009029. This 4 NSN?s as follows for Grease, Ball and Roller Bearing: 9150-00-935-4019, (Unit Cartridge Contains 14oz net wt); 9150-00-823-8048, (Unit Tube Contains 8oz net wt); 9150-00-141-6770, (Unit Can (1quart) Contains 1.75lbs net wt, NATO Symbol G-372) and 9150-00-141-6771 (Unit Can Contains 35lbs net wt, NATO Symbol G-372). The estimate annual quantities for each NSN are as follows: 9150-00-935-4019, 96 unit cartridges; 9150-00-823-8048, 180 unit tubes; 9150-00-141-6770, 372 unit cans and 9150-00-141-6771, 24 unit cans. The solicitation will be Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Price with EPA Adjustments under provisions of FAR Part 12. Qualified Products List QPL applies IAW specification # MIL?G-25013E NOT 1 dated 02/20/03 amend # E. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. These are not Critical Safety Items (CSI) per SAMMS interrogation on 12/14/06. QAP 164 applies. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Labels are requirements. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirements are as follows for each NSN or best possible delivery: 9150-00-141-6770, 51 days; 9150-00-141-6771, 48 days; 9150-00-823-8048, 36 days and 9150-00-935-4019, 36 days. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance Destination is required. All NSNs are procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. Surge requirements apply to all NSNs. A surge plan detailing how the surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted along with offer. The solicitation will be posted to DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 02/05/07.
