Description

Under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, USCG Integrated Support Command Boston seeks contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation to inspect and refurbish existing windows at Bldg 1 and Bldg 8 of USCG Integrated Support Command, 427 Commercial St., Boston MA 02109. Refurbishing of windows will include: remove existing balances if unserviceable and install new balances if needed, repair interlocks, inspect all weatherstripping, clean and lubricate jamb channels, replace locking hardware if broken, replace plastic sash stops with aluminium bar stops. Government estimate of work is less than $50,000.00. Site visit is required. Work is covered under Davis Bacon and its related requirements. Prevailing wages of Suffolk County MA must be paid and certified payrolls will be required to be submitted to the contracting officer.
