Description: The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), in support of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense, Military Community and Family Policy, developed a full and open competitive acquisition strategy for the long-term Military OneSource requirement. This contract, upon award, will be either a single or multiple award, ID/IQ contract having a base period of performance of 3 years with 5 one-year options. The Military OneSource Program provides Employee Assistance Services (EAS), family support services (childcare, eldercare, education, etc.) and face-to-face, non-medical counseling services to approximately 3 million members of the Armed Forces and their families at locations worldwide. This effort involves interacting with the active, guard and reserve members and their families, furnishing expert consultation and education, and research and referrals to a broad array of resources, information, and services. It is anticipated this effort will initially consist of three major requirements including: 1. Employee Assistance Services, including expert consultation and education, call center management, educational materials, research and referrals 2. Web Site design, development, and implementation 3.
