Description

To be awarded is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, Texas 75507-5000. The MATOC will have a base year and four option years, and will be an IDIQ-type contract. Three to five contractors will be chosen to provide Installation and repair of utilities, Interior and exterior alteration, Interior and exterior painting, Roofing, Roads, bridges and hardstands, Construction and alteration of metal structures, HVAC services, and Building electrical systems. Delive ry Orders will be written and the three to five chosen contractors will then bid on these delivery orders. Delivery orders will be firm-fixed price. Solicitation is expected to be released on or about 5 July 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-JUN-2006).
