- Description Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) is requesting informational responses from small disadvantaged, veteran owned companies who are established near Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. These companies must have electronic warfare, field maintenance experienced personnel with a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance. Introduction The company is required to provide personnel for operational and fielding support to multiple quick reaction capability (QRC) efforts for current and future development and operations in the continental U.S (CONUS) and the CENTCOM Area of Operation (AO). T he company is required to provide personnel for new equipment training, installation, maintenance, testing, evaluation, and direct support to task force units currently deployed to Southwest Asia (SWA), in support of the I2WD. Additionally, the company wi ll provide personnel to develop, write, publish and distribute Urgent Material Fielding Plans (UMFP), Material Fielding Plans (MFP), Training Support Packages, sustainment plans, operations manuals, installation manuals, maintenance manuals, and other orga nizational documents. The company will provide personnel with at least a SECRET level clearance. TS/SCI is the highest security level required for some areas of support. The company will be able to provide personnel within 90 days of notification. Responses can be of any format. Supplemental materials, such as brochures, white papers, briefings, specification sheets, lab and field test results, cost and schedule information, export licenses, etc. are welcome. If you choose to submit proprietary inf ormation, mark it accordingly. Classified information will be accepted, but mark it accordingly and send it via proper channels.
