Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for Ballistic Shields. The NAICS code to be used is 423490. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated to be the result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The award will be made to the technically acceptable, lowest price. Payment is expected to be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), and the awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Regisration (www.ccr .gov).
