Description
PR No: IQC06342009012. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a F-16 Aircraft - Probe, Angle Of ATTA. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This procurement is unrestricted. There is one approved source of supply, Avionics Specialties Inc, CAGE 10639; P/N 123-1182. This is a Critical Application Item. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6610-01-234-9098; Base Year AEQ: 209 each, Option Year AEQ: 209 each. Delivery: 114 DARO; FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 8 January 07. The anticipated award date is 9 April 07. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror's product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
