Description

DSCR Plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one Base Year and two one year options. Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-07-R-0222, IQC06334009012, NSNs: 9150-01-197-7690 and 9150-01-197-7693 Grease, Automotive and Artillery. The solicitation will be Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Price with EPA Adjustments under provisions of FAR part 12. The annual estimated quantity for NSN 9150-01-197-7690 is 3,972 cans, 1.75 LB. The annual estimated quantity for NSN 9150-01-197-7693 is 149,976 cartridges, 14 oz. QPL Applies. Surge requirements apply to each NSN. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. These are not Critical Safety Items(CSI) per SAP interrogation on 12 December 06. The material is in accordance with Spec Number MIL-PRF-10924G. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Labels are required. QAP 004 applies. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. FOB DESTINATION and Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION are required. The requested delivery will be 36 Days ARO or best possible delivery. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 29 January 2007. This modification is issued to change the FSC from 6810 to 9150.
