- The Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency, is seeking sources interested and capable in providing Soft Ice Cream Machines with the following specifications. Electrical must be 115V/20 AMP, no higher; 1/3 HP refrigeration unit, 1/3 HP air compressor; Equipment must have 4 ports and capability to serve all four ports at same time; parts and labor system warranty, to include parts, labor, and compressor time frame. This notice also serves as a means of identifying small businesses who can provide the required product. 2 machines are necessary for this requirement. The machines must be capable of receiving ice cream in plastic sleeves, instead of creating frozen ice cream from liquid mix.
