- Solicitation number SP0406-06-R-0693, Re06264003, NSN 6850-00-270-9986, for Sea Marker, Fluoresce in Dye unit box contains 12 Packets (each packet contains 3.4-3.7 oz. Net WT of Dye). First Article/ Government Testing is Required. First Article sample shall consists of one piece of coated cloth, 36 by 72 in min. One piece of dye container cotton cloth, 36 by 72 in minimum. One 24 in min length of vent tape and six assembled packets. MSDS and hazard warning label must be approved by technical personnel before contract award. Solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and will result in a Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base and two option years. Stock lines only to SNG, Philadelphia, PA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. Estimated quantity is 47,892 BX. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, with FOB Destination, 120 DARO. QAP 010 applies. This is a non-commercial item. LTC SP045002D4006 expires 29 Oct 2007. This is not a CSI item. SAP inquiry was Dec. 14, 2006.
