- Description
- As an Amendment to Solicitation Number N40080-05-R-0054, the following changes are hereby incorporated: 1. DELETE Factor 1, Relevant Experience (Proposed Design Team) - Phase I in its entirety, and REPLACE with Factor 1, Relevant Experience (Proposed Design Team) - Phase I, as attached within this Amendment. 2. DELETE Factor 2, Relevant Experience (Proposed Construction Team) - Phase I in its entirety and REPLACE with Factor 2, Relevant Experience (Proposed Construction Team) - Phase I, as attached within this Amendment. Factor 1: Relevant Experience (Proposed Design Team) ? Phase I The offeror shall identify the designer / architect of record and provide four (4) relevant projects, performed within the past seven years or currently ongoing projects that are similar in size, scope, function and complexity to the subject project for the Design Team. In addition to a description of your relevant experience for each listed project, the offeror shall provide the following information about the projects: ? Facility name ? Location of owner of the facility completed ? Original contract cost ? Final contract cost including modifications ? Original contract completion date ? Actual date which facility was accepted by owner ? Brief narrative description of the facility and how this experience relates to the work requirements in this project. Explanation of deviations between awarded and actual expectations. ? Photographs. ? Provide name and telephone number of the owner?s representatives Factor 2: Relevant Experience (Proposed Construction Team) ? Phase I The Offeror shall identify construction contracts similar in size, scope, function and complexity to the solicited project, which demonstrate relevant experience. Provide at maximum 4 projects performed by the Construction Team, completed within the last 7 years or currently ongoing projects that reflect the type of facility described above. Offerors shall provide the following information for contracts considered relevant: ? Facility name ? Location of owner of the facility completed ? Original contract cost ? Final contract cost including modifications ? Original contract completion date ? Actual date which facility was accepted by owner ? Brief narrative description of the facility and how this experience relates to the work requirements in this project. Explanation of deviations between awarded and actual expectations. ? Photographs. ?
