- Global 360, Inc. The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center-GovWorks, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Public Health and Science (OPHS), Rockville, Maryland, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Global 360, Inc., Bethesda, Maryland. Specifically, OPHS has the need for 1 ea. Global 360 Business Optimization Software Implementation Package, specifically described as follows: 1 ea G360 BOS Analysis Engine, 1 ea G360 BOS Process Modeler & Simulation Package, 1 ea Implementation Services and 1 ea Annual Maintenance Services. Through market research this is the only system found to meet the business optimization requirements and is compatible with existing in-house software and will allow major process improvements at OPHS. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 3:00 p.m. EDT 18 December 2006 will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is 20 December 2006.
