Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transmitter, Pressure. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply, Thomas G. Faria Corporation, Cage 09527. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6685-01-534-2536; Base Year AEQ: 5376 each, Option Year EAQ: 5376 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 45 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 26 December 06. The anticipated award date is 10 April 07. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
