- Description
- The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and supplies as required performing various construction projects identified by each individual task order issued. Task orders will be issued from the Birmingham Service Center, AL. The procedures and methods established in the specification per each individual delivery order will serve as a guide for all parties involved ensuring that tenants and the GSA receive the services specified in this contract. The Contracting Officer's Representative or Technical Representative will ensure conformance to the performance standards by documenting the contractor's performance by means of inspection, minutes of meetings, GSA and customer surveys. In accordance with the provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 17, the period of performance for this procurement will be a base period of 12 months with the possibility of two (2) one (1) year option renewal periods. The total contract performance period should not exceed three (3) years and months.
