Description: Amendment 2 to 1406-04-07-RP-66525: To incorporate information for the Fort Campbell, KY site visit on 16 December 2006 and to provide a map of the cantonment area. A. Offerors will need to register at Gate 4 (Screaming Eagle Blvd.). You must arrive at Gate 4 no later than 8:30 a.m. You will need to show proof of insurance, registration, and a valid driver's license. Passengers only need to show photo ID when entering post. After leaving vehicle registration, continue west on Screaming Eagle Blvd. The first road on the right is Texas Ave; turn north onto Texas Ave. Marshall Elementary School is to the right (east) of Texas Ave. Central Office is contiguous with Marshall ES, and is the northern most part of the building. Turn right just past the sign that says Fort Campbell Schools Administration Office. End at the Community Superintendent Office (CSO). B. Transportation will be offered for those who wish not to drive on their own during the site visit. C. We anticipate the site visit at Fort Campbell will last approximately four hours. The tour will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 p.m., followed by a clarification session. This session will be conducted in the Central Office Board Room and begin around 12:00 p.m., and last approximately 30 minutes. D. We request that all offerors bring their own copy of the Performance Work Statement and Solicitation Instructions. A map of the cantonment area is attached for reference. E. Please re-confirm your company's interest in the site visit by 12 December 2006 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, to Matthew Gormley at Matthew.Gormley@mms.gov. As noted within Amendment I; no more than three individuals per firm may attend. Please note within the e-mail to Matthew Gormley the names of the individuals that will be attending. F. The due date for questions still remains 27 December 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Please send questions to Matthew Gormley at the above e-mail address. G. The closing date still remains 09 February 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
