POC is SFC Brackett (425) 497-3618. Government will only pat for meals ordered OR as verbally changed by the POC 48 hours in advance. Only Contractors from the state of Washington and certified by the US Army Vet Command and be on their approved source list can be awarded a contract . The offeror must be registered on the Central Co ntractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR registration centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contracto r Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract.
