Description

Contractor shall provide necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision to replace broadloom carpet for the U.S. Tax Court courtrooms, corridors and offices located on the 11th floor of the Roybal Federal Building, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated cost range: between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Estimated completion: within 30 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for emerging small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be available on or after December 13, 2006. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing, with reference to "(GS-09P-07-WK-C-0008)", to the attention of Annette Lakes, at the GSA North Los Angeles Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Suite 3124, Los Angeles, CA 90012, 213-894-4942, to the above office my mail or by faxing your request to 213-894-3473. Site Visit: December 21, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals due: January 8, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. Neither cameras nor cellular telephones with built-in cameras are allowed on federal property.
