- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Solicitation will be issued on or about December 5, 2006. Contractor shall fabricate and deliver 56 new poly mesh panels for the Submerged Traveling Screens (STS) sy stem. Each panel shall measure 88.5 x 132.50 . The mesh panels shall be covered under a one-year warranty against material and workmanship. Item is for the Ice Harbor Lock and Dam located at Burbank, WA 99323. ADMIN INFO: Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business contractors. For the purpose of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if it does not exceed 500 per sonnel.
