Description

NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION HEREBY REPLACES SOLICITATION W91ZLK-06-R-0017 WHICH WAS A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SET-ASIDE. THIS SOLICITATION IS AN UNRESTRICTED REQUIREMENT. The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Aberdeen Proving Ground, has a requirement for support of Small Arms and Arena Fragmentation in support of various projects at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The contractor shall perform small arms testing of weapons/ammunition to include ball, tracer, blank, incendia ry, and high explosives munitions of all calibers up to and including 40 mm, penetration testing and arena fragmentation testing. The solicitation will be posted on/or around 19 December 2006. The resultant contract will be a time and materials contract ty pe. The period of performance shall be for a period of one base year with four option years. The NAICS code applicable to this solicitation is 541380, with a size standard of $11,000,000.00. The solicitation is unrestricted. It is not set-aside for small b usiness concerns.
