- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 311613 and the size standard is 500 employees. This pro curement will be considered unrestricted. The pricing must be quoted as follows: Contract Line Item 0001- Furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to provide, maintain and empty cooking grease containers in place at 14 various locations at Ft. Drum on a monthly basis, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement .
