Description

1 Architect/Engineer to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to provide plans, specifications, and construction period services for Project 636A8-07-701, "Renovate for Main Entrance," at the VAMC, Iowa City, Iowa. Required work drawings and specifications for this design shall include, but not be limited to: reconfigure the entry area for waiting, reception, and canteen satellite coffee shop. Also included is renovation of men's restroom to meet ADA standards. Contract duration will be 150 days from the date the notice to proceed is signed. Estimated construction cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Area of consideration is limited to a 150 mile radius of this facility. Firms desiring consideration shall submit their qualifications and past performance on SF 330 (Architect Engineer Qualifications) and, for any consultants, on SF 330 Extra Sections E and F no later than 12/31/2006.
