- NOTICE OF INTENT The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence intends to negotiate on behalf of United States Army Military District of Washington, with Theatre Services, Inc. 1508 Blue Meadow Road, Potomac, MD 20854, on a sole source basis. This require ment will provide Usher Service during 4 performances which accommodates a 3, 000 seating theatre for the 2006 Holiday Festival.
