- Below is the proposed Synopsis for the pre-solicitation notice to be posted on the FedBizOps website. Request your review and approval. This project consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other necessary items to grade and crown the landing zone (LZ) 16/32A--Jackrabbit Strip on Dyess AFB, TX in accordance with the SOW. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for this acquisition. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for either Hubzone or Service Disable Veteran Owned companies. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $13,000,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 30 November 2006 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 6 December 2006, at 10:00 AM (CST). The cut off for receipt of offers shall be no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on 14 December 2006.
