Description: This solicitation is hereby amended to extend the date and time for the submittal of proposals. The proposals must be received in the park administration building no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2007. In addition there are two documents attached to the amended solicitation that provides a list of deficiencies of the property that will assist potential lessees in preparing their proposals. The selected lessee will be required to rectify these deficiencies Also, there will be a mandatory site visit for all potential lessees on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
