Description: This solicitation is hereby amended to extend the date and time for submittal of proposals. All proposals must be submitted in time to be received at the park administration building no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday January 5, 2007. In addition, there are two documents attached to the amended solicitation that provides information about deficiencies of the property. This information is provided to assist potential lessees in preparing their proposals. The selected lessee will be required to rectify these deficiencies. A mandatory site visit for all potential lessees is scheduled for Tuesday December 5, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
