- RFP 618-115-07 ISSUES: November 21, 2006 CLOSES: December 22, 2006 at 4:30 p.m. CT Provide Total Knee Components under a single consignment agreement. CR Femoral Components, CR and PS Flex Art Surface Components, CR and PS Tibial Components, Stemmed Tibial Plates (including Macro sizes), Poly Patella Components, Bone Screws, and instruments, are required under a single consignment agreement with the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN for the period from contract award date through September 30, 2007 with two (2) 12-month renewal options (10/1/2007-9/30/2008 - 10/1/2008-9/30/2009). A full list of components is included in the full solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract based on the results of this solicitation. Solicitation document available on or about November 22, 2006. Proposals in response to RFP 618-115-07 are due December 22, 2006 at 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
