- THIS IS AN 8(A) SOLE SOURCE SET-ASIDE PROCUMENT FOR BLACKHAWK CONSTRUCTION & TRANSPORT SERVICES, LLC, COILA, MS. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing twelve (12) riser pipe grade control struct ures in Holmes County, Mississippi. Principal features of work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, control of water, engineering fabric, stone protection, corrugated metal pipe, erosion control, lime treatment, welding, concrete work, storm w ater pollution prevention and environmental protection. All units of measure are English. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Plans and Specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Solutio ns (FEDTEDS) Web Page at http://www.fedteds.gov/. Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available.
