Description: Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy (USAFA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to MTS Corporation utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. This is a requirement to continue maintenance service for our MTS load frames. NAICS Code: 334519. No other organization will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. If no response is received by 17 November 2006, 2:00pm, MDT, specifying that comparable items are available that would be more advantageous to the Government, than obtaining the listed item through a sole source procurement with MTS Corporation, a sole source award will be made.
