Description: Title: Satellite Airtime Services for Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers and Mobile Registration Internet Centers. This is a commercial items solicitation for Satellite airtime. The items in Schedule B will be ordered with delivery orders. The first delivery order will be for five channels for nine months. FEMA maintains five channels for testing and disaster response. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a base year of nine months and two option years with 12 months. (The Government will only acquire work/obligations via delivery orders under the base contract). Instructions to Offerors can be found on Page E.1. This is a best value solicitation. The minimum guarantee is five channels for nine months. There is no guarantee the the Government will exercise the option years.
