Description

This modification is established for the following: RFQ 41003-0083-6 for the provision of Orthopedic Surgeon Services located at FCI Oxford, Oxford, Wisconsin. In the original synopsis, the number of sessions for the base year, was listed as 44. The correct number of sessions for the base year should be 48. Also, the solicitation availability date was scheduled to be on August 30, 2006. This modification is incorportating a new solicitation availability date of September 1, 2006 with anticipated date of receipt for quotations to be on September 27, 2006(2:00 p.m., Central Time). These dates are projected estimates, and thus potential quoters should refer to the solicitation(1449-Block #8) for the actual quotation deadlines. This modification maintains all the terms of the original synopsis excluding the change in the availablity date. Please ensure your compliance with these terms when providing a quote. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-AUG-2006).
