Description

Amendment 0003 is issued to change the offer due date from 21 November 2006 to 1 December 2006 by 12:00 pm PST. There have been difficulties in downloading the solicitation and amendments from the FedTeds website (the location of the files), so we h ave decided to issue the updated solicitation and all 3 amendments on a CD. Interested contractors should contact Dawn Simpson by email at Dawn.R.Simpson@usace.army.mil and provide your name, agency, and street address, and a CD will be mailed to you. Co ntractors will be placed on a planholders list and to also inform you of any future amendments.
