- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials for maintenance and repair of the CH-47, Actuator Electro ME. Input/Output NSN: 1680-01-120-7642 Input/Output P/N: 541604-8-1 The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 10 each and the maximum quantity of 210 each. The maximum quantity includes an estimated 20 % for Foreign Military Sales. Required deliver shall be FOB Origin to New Cumberland, PA., beginning 90 days after receipt of assets. PVA is required. Overhaul is to be accomplished in accordance with Depot maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1680-28 9, DATED 01 Jun 1980, C5099B, C5214, C5240, C5474, C5485, C5498C, C5567 and C5615 and the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This requirement is restricted to Honeywell International (Cage 70210) 2525 W. 190th Street Torrance, CA 90504-6002 a nd The Boeing Company (77272) Route 291 Stewart Avenue Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, because the Actuator, Electro Mechanical has been identified as a Critical Safety Item (CSI) because of the Critical Installation. Firms that recognize and perform maintena nce and repair on the required item described above are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements . All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be mail or email only. No datafax or emails will not be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pend ing receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
