- Mid-Term Availability (MTA) for the USNS FLINT (T-AE 32). The period of performance for this requirement is to start 19 Mar 2007 and end 15 May 2007. The area of consideration is CONUS West Coast & Hawaii. This is A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE procurement for MSRA holders. The major work items for this repair availability are: 1) Nr 1, 2 & 3 Boiler ABS 3-year Special Survey Water sides, Fire Sides, all boiler mounts and primary valves. 2) Nr 1, 2 & 3 SSTG Static Exciter and Voltage Regulator and Power Cables Renewal with GFM & SWBD Cleaning 3) Nr 2 SSTG Reduction Gear renewal with GFM 4) Nr.3 SSTG Turbine Rotor Renewal with GFM 5) Bridge Forward Bulkhead and Windows Renew 6) Bridge, 01 & 02 Level Decks Tile and Underlayment Renew 7) Galley Vent Duct Cleaning and Terrazzo Deck Resurfacing 8) Fuel Tank Cleaning with Cargo Hold Magnesite Deck Spot Renewal and Elevator Pits Preservation.
