Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Lakewood, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified and eligible firms capable of furnishing all labor, material, supplies and equipment, to replace the heat pumps and furnaces, includes miscellaneous demolition, remove existing fuel oil storage tank, provide new propane tank and piping, and upgrade electrical distribution system. Work will be performed at the Ennis National Fish Hatchery which is located in Madison County, Montana. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 to $100,000. The total performance period is 120 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. This acquisition is open to both large and small business concerns. The NAICS code is 238210 and small business size standard is $13M. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available electronically on, or about, December 5, 2006, with an anticipated closing date of January 4, 2007. The solicitation, specification, and drawings can be obtained at www.fedbizopps.gov once issued.
