Description
The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous Class A Office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Governments general and specific requirements consisting of approximately 3,416 rentable square feet. The space should yield between 2,971 and 3,268 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Narrow or oddly shaped configuration of space will not be considered, nor will space with column spacing less than 20 feet. The Government will require one (1) reserved parking space available on-site and adjacent to the space offered for use by employees. Satisfactory public transportation must be available within 3 blocks of the space offered. Due to the nature of the Government's work and the sensitivity of some of its visitors, the space should not be located in the same building as the Department of Homeland Security or other elements associated with that agency. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: East - 6th Street West - Almaden Avenue South - San Salvador Street North - St. James Street The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 03-31-2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
