- SPARES: This will be a firm fixed price contract for the following item applicable to the UH-1N helicopter: NSN: 1615-00-254-2174GA, Bell Helicopter Textron P/N: 212-010-701-3, Noun: Hub, Rotor, Helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 2 ea and two annual Options. The two annual Options are for a quantity range of 1-5 ea. The proposed contract action is sole source to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc, Cage Code: 97499 and is limited to new material only/surplus not acceptable. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov. The approximate solicitation issue date is 27-Nov-2006.
