Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid Pacific Region intends to issue Request for Quotation 07SQ200045 on or about 11/10/2006 for: Boat repair services: haul out, propeller repair, painting, fiberglass repair, wood repair, metal fabrication, and hardware installations. Contractors will be requested to proposed a Performance Work Statement in response to the solicited Statement of Objectives. The R/V ENDEAVOR is a 50-foot "Delta" charter boat designed by Seattle Naval Architect Lynn Senour and built by Delta Marine Industries in 1973. The vessel measures 48.5 feet by 14.5 feet, with a 4 foot draft. Built for charter fishing, the design was very popular in the 1970s and 1980s. The vessel was acquired and retrofitted by Reclamation to conduct scientific sampling in 2003. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811490, Other Personal and Household Goods Repair and Maintenance; the size standard is $5.0 Million. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications, as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
