- USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) proposes to issue a sole source award to Bruker AXS, Inc., 5465 E. Cheryl Pkwy, Madison, WI 53711-5373 for a Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometer Quantax 400 S.
