- This is a Synopsis for MESS ATTENDANT SERVICES for Idaho Air National Guard unit at Boise Air Terminal, Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code for this solicitation is 722310, Foo d Service Contractors. The SBA size standard for NAICS 722310 is $19.0 million, Average Annual Receipts. One Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded as a result of the solicitation. The proposed contract will include a basic year plus four option years with the anticipated start date as 1 January 2007. The full and detailed description (Statement of Work) will be identified in the solicitation. Contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision necessary to perform Food Service Mess Attendant Servic es. Service is for approximately 2 days per month or one weekend. Contractor tasks and duties to include but are not limited to food preparation, operating the serving line, cleaning the kitchen, pots, pans, and dining hall. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Based Service Statement of Work. This is a Synopsis for commercial items. The solicitation will be posted electronically at http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ebs/advertisedsolicitations.asp on or about 10 November 2006. No hard copies will be provided.
