Description

This procurement is to provide grounds maintenance to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Grand Junction, CO, for the period of December 1, 2006 through November 30, 2006 with an option to extend service for up to four additional years. Services are to include roadway parking lot and sidewalk maintenance, aeration, irrigation, lawn mowing, trimming and edging, leaf collection, tree/shrub maintenance, trash and debris removal, snow and ice removal, lawn fertilization, tree spraying and soil sterilization. Bid package will be uploaded to this webside on/about 11/9/2006. Site visit is highly recommended. Bid opening date will be November 28, 2006 at 2:00 pm local time. This procurement is contingent upon the availability of funding for each Fiscal Year and is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS is 561730, size standard is $6.5 million in average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years.
