Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purpose of purchasing 5000 replacement ID cards with the following basic specifications: CR-80.030, White, PVC, 4 Color Process with MicroText-Front, 3 colors Back including invisible ink, slot on short end. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, HSTS02-07-Q-SEC004-REV001, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is unrestricted for full and open competition. The associated NAICS industry group code is 323119 -- Other Commercial Printing. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Acquisitions Management System (AMS) of TSA. CLINS: The Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are as follows: CLIN 0001 ? 5000 TSA Replacement ID Cards. CLIN 0002 ? Other Direct Costs (ODC) if applicable. STATEMENT OF WORK: Contractors must submit an electronic request to receive a copy of the Statement of Work. To do so, please contact Benjamin Van Wormer by email at (BENJAMIN.VANWORMER@DHS.GOV OR 571-227-3298.) GOVERNMENT FURNISHED RESOURCES: The Government will not furnish any resources for this contract. All cards/cardstock must be procured or in inventory with the contractor. EVALUATION FACTORS: This purchase order will be made on a best value basis using delivery schedule and price as criteria.
