- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for service disabled veteran owned small businesses.. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332439 size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to purchase the following: Line item 0001: Qty 10, U/I: Each, new storage containers 20ft x 8ft x 8ft, at a weight around 5,000lbs per container, handles a load up to 47,895 lbs, should be deployable, lockable, steel, neutral in color. Award shall be made only to contractors who ha ve registered with the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr2000.com. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Item. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision with their quotation. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in ful l text.
